CAN I CHANGE TIERS AFTER PURCHASE?
Once your order is confirmed, we are unable to make any changes to it. You may however, cancel your order for your current tier, and reorder in your desired tier based on availability within one calendar day of the original order being placed.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
You are able to cancel your purchase within one calendar day of original purchase. To cancel, simply send us an email with your first and last name and order number. If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is not available, however you are welcome to return the box and receive a full refund upon receipt.
WHAT IF I DON’T LIKE WHAT I GET IN MY BOX?
Before shipping your box, you will have the option to view the items of that particular box. If for any reason you are unpleased with the items in your box, you may send it back in the original packaging with all items included within 7 days for a full refund. If any items are missing from the box, the cost of the item will be deducted from the refund amount.
